I have been fascinated with animals and nature all my life so the concept of 'universal energy' makes perfect sense to me. We have always known that walking in the woods makes us feel better, right?  And now science is starting to understand why. Curious? Read more

My Reiki practice has deepened over time; I have become calmer, healthier and more centered. I listen to my intuition and give space to considered response instead of impulsive reaction.

Self care means better care for those we love, and when we become our reiki selves we shine a light for others.

As a certified Forest Therapy Guide I continue to delight in all the natural world has to offer, and enjoy discovering more about the healing potential of animals, plants and trees. It is my pleasure to share in this wonder with you.

My daily meditations show me that when one truly ‘lets go’ with an open heart and mind the energy flows and settles wherever it is needed - that’s when the magic happens!

I work with doTerra Essential Oils during treatment and meditations for enhanced aromatherapy  benefits, and offer oHHo CBD products to aid natural therapeutic healing.

People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on Earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don’t even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child - our own two eyes. All is a miracle.
