What is Reiki?

How can reiki help you? 

Reiki literally means ‘soul spirit energy’. 

It is a subtle and effective form of energy that works to rebalance our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, guiding energy within to aid with stress/ anxiety reduction, pain relief, trauma recovery and deep relaxation to name but a few!

 

Reiki helps us remember who we truly are, deepen our relationship with ourselves and allow us to accept healing energy as true compassion for ourselves and others.

When the body and mind are in harmony the body can work to repair, heal and allow the mind to function with more clarity and discernment. We trust that good things will happen when we hold the light and space and practice self care.

Reiki is a great complement to traditional medicine, embraced by many hospitals, healthcare facilities and veterinarians. 

​Over the past two decades, a number of studies have shown that Reiki treatments help diminish the negative side effects of chemotherapy, improve surgical outcomes, regulate the autonomic nervous system, and dramatically alter people’s experience of physical and emotional pain associated with illness.
