Join Catherine on an immersive nature walk that focuses on using the senses to connect to the natural world around us. Based on the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku), it will include a guided reiki inspired meditation, dedicating focus to each of the five senses. This helps participants calm and balance their energy in harmony with the natural world. It is also known to have many mental and physical health benefits including the lowering of blood pressure, pulse rate, and anxiety levels compared to a normal walk around the block. Technically, forest bathing doesn’t even have to be in a forest to work; a walk around any landscape with trees and shrubs can deliver a similar experience. Perhaps you have somewhere in mind? 

 

It’s a great way to unplug from the world, recharge and relax or get your kids into the great outdoors and keep them busy once they’re there - in winter, spring, summer, or fall. Perfect for the whole family!

 

Programs are bespoke for each group and location, together we can create a great experience! Sturdy shoes are recommended and layers of clothing suggested depending on the season.
